1-2 lbs. halibut (fresh or frozen)
Lemon Juice
Butter or extra-virgin coconut oil
Sea salt or Herbamare
Pepper
Directions
Wipe halibut slices with damp cloth and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Dot with oil or butter. Broil under high heat, turning frequently until brown.
